Well laid out room, comfortable beds and AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY staff. Loved the nearby Mei Sin Cafe, they had my favorite coffee. Facilities were good too.

The room was original with bathtub. Everything was perfectly fine during our stay even so disappointing aspect was not clean bathroom. Cute location, just a short walk away from the shore oceanarium. Early check in & the service was excellent

exceptionally clean hotel, efficient stuff. the staff did all they can for a decent stay. the rooms where recently refurbished and the bathrooms were reasonably spacious. the bed was spacious, exceptional service. ideal location to batu berendam airport, just 10 minutes by car. with smooth check-in and easy check-out, this venue was strategic.
